This 1 bedroom apartment is on the first floor of our family house but with separate entrance.
The house is situated in the center of Sveti Filip i Jakov, near the city of Zadar and it is ideal for those who want to relax and spend some time in the peaceful surroundings. It is also perfect for people who love nature. While in Sveti Filip i Jakov you can relax away from the crowd, but if you feel like going out or do some sightseeing ,there are many interesting places nearby- Zadar, Biograd, Vodice, Šibenik, National Park Krka. There are also many bars and restaurants to choose from.
The beach is 200 m from the apartment and the sea is crystal clear. Apartment is pet friendly and has satellite TV, air conditioning, shower, a terrace with sea view, and there is plenty of parking spaces. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and coffee maker. Our guests can dive into the deep blue sea and discover the beauty of the underwater, soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy and rocky beaches .
